Why doesn't my form look like the one on your website when I copy and paste it?

The HTML form is just building blocks and you need to style this yourself using a language called Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). If your site already has form styles, it will adapt to the site you have pasted your code into - otherwise it will fall back onto the browser default styles.

Do you store my form submissions in a database forever?

No - privacy by design. We delete the contents of successfully delivered submissions by default, so we hold your visitors' data no longer than we need to. It's a strong GDPR posture: deletion by default, retention by choice.

If you'd rather keep submissions, you can opt in to archiving on a per-form basis (with a plan-based retention window) and export or delete them at any time. Failed deliveries may be cached briefly so you can still retrieve them, and we may retain spam temporarily to improve our filters.

Can I use the same form in multiple places?

Yes, this is not an issue - it will just count towards your overall total submissions on that Form.

What happens if I get attacked and spam 1,000's of unwanted submissions by mistake?

No one wants a runaway cost, so we protect you several ways:

• Spam never counts against your quota or billing
• Rate limiters — if we receive unrealistic amounts of requests, we show an error page telling the user to try again shortly until the spike is over
• We notify you of the spike, and again at 80%, 90% and 100% of your monthly limit
• Your form never breaks. What happens next depends on your plan:
  • Free: extra submissions over your 50/month limit are held, not lost, and delivered automatically once your limit resets or you upgrade
  • Pay as you go: submissions are billed per 500-submission block up to a 20,000 submission monthly limit — spam is filtered before billing, so a bot attack won't drive up your costs. Submissions beyond 20,000 are held safely and delivered when your next billing cycle begins

What can I do to protect myself from spam and attacks?

While we do utilise simple bot busting techniques and rate limitors, we strongly recommend you use a captcha service like Google reCaptcha or hCaptcha. This will normally require some backend code, but worry not, we have you covered.

Can I set my own redirection url?

Yes, one per Form you create. If no redirection url is set, your customers will see a generic Static Contact thank you page with a button taking users back to your site.

What plans do you offer?

Two plans: a Free plan (50 submissions/month, 1 Form, form builder & HTML generator — no credit card needed) and Pay as you go (unlimited Forms, webhooks, 90-day archive, billed per 500 submissions sent). Spam never counts against your quota on either plan.

Can I attach files?

Not currently - file uploads aren't part of the service today.
