Do you store my form submissions in a database forever?

No, all messages will be deleted over time. If a message fails to be delivered we can cache your data on our server up to one month to ensure you have a chance of retrieving it, after that time or once it's been successfully delivered, they are deleted forever.

Can I use the same form in multiple places?

Yes, this is not an issue - it will just count towards your overall total emails sent on that Form.

What happens if I get attacked and spam 1,000's of unwanted emails by mistake?

No one wants a potential run away cost, so we do a number of things to reduce this risk for you.

  • Utilise rate limiters - if we receive unrealistic amounts of requests, we will show an error page telling the user to try again shortly until the spike is over
  • Notify you of the spike
  • Cap your spend increase to an extra $10 per month (1,000 extra emails), per Form and stop processing emails unless you authorise us to continue

What can I do to protect myself from spam and attacks?

While we do utilise simple bot busting techniques and rate limitors, we strongly recommend you use a captcha service like Google reCapcha or hCaptcha. This will normally require some backend code, but worry not, we have you covered.

Can I change the email a Form is sent to?

Please contact us if you want to make a change.

Can I set my own redirection url?

Yes, one per From you create. If no redirection url is set, your customers will see a generic Static Contact thank you page with a button taking users back to your site.

Can I attach files?

Not yet, but we are working on it.

Can I transfer my account or a single Form to someone else?
